Fresh-Milled Wood-Fired Bread

Our visions began 20 plus years ago, following aspirations to become a small community baker lead by the encouraging songs of farmers and crafts people. We mill local grain, mix simple breads by hand and bake with wood-fire. We want to be your neighborhood baker that makes things that are incredibly good for you and the farmers around us. We mill, mix and bake slowly and hope you enjoy our vision as presented weekly via home deliveries and markets around town.
